IT support for your home
Computers, Wi-Fi, smart gadgets and broadband — all sorted by one friendly local expert.
Everyday help & repairs
Slow laptop? Printer playing up? Forgotten a password? I'll fix it at your home or remotely, and tell you what I did in plain English.
Wi-Fi setup & troubleshooting
I'll work out why your Wi-Fi keeps dropping and fix it — moving the router, adding mesh Wi-Fi or running a neat cable. No more dead spots.
Computers & laptops
Repairs, upgrades and check-ups, or setting up a new computer — with your files and passwords moved over safely.
Smart home setup
Smart heating, lights, cameras and doorbells, fitted neatly and set up so the whole family can use them.
Home office setup
A solid connection, a second screen and video calls that don't freeze — everything you need to work from home comfortably.
Broadband advice
I don't sell broadband or phone contracts, so my advice is honest — I'll help you get the most from what you've already got.
How it works
Three steps, no drama.
Tell me the problem
Call or send a message. You'll talk to me — not a menu or a queue.
I take a look
I'll have a look remotely or at your home, find the problem and tell you the price before I start.
Fixed, and explained
I fix it, show you what I've changed, and I'm still around if anything else niggles.
Common questions
Before you ask.
Can you fix things remotely?
Often, yes. Lots of problems can be fixed over a secure remote connection — quicker and cheaper than a home visit.
Which areas do you cover?
Homes across Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding areas. If you're just outside, ask anyway — I can often still help.
Do I need to be technical to talk to you?
Not at all. Just tell me what's happening in your own words — the techy bit is my job, not yours.
How much will it cost?
I'll always tell you the price before I start, so there are no surprises. Get in touch and I'll give you a rough idea straight away.
